Changes to our cancellation policy

We are privileged to be your preferred vet clinic and take great pride in providing the best standards or care for you and your pet. We love to be able to see all of our patients every day, however we sometimes find ourselves needing to tend to critical cases. Please be aware, we are doing our best to ensure your pet gets the care they require, and we appreciate your patience if this does occur. To ensure that we are able to care for you pet and any emergencies that may be presented, we kindly ask that if you are unable to make your appointment, please call us with at least 24 hours notice. Any appointments that aren’t cancelled will incur a $40 fee.

This change of policy is also applied to Best for Pet clients, and will commence from 30th of July.

Additionally, we ask our clients to be mindful and kind to our staff. We strive to provide excellent care to our patients and client’s, and understand that this can be a stressful time but any inappropriate actions towards our team will not be tolerated.
We trust you will understand that this policy is in place to keep appointments open to the furry friends that really need to see us.
